  • Mediterranean diet menus: Mediterranean diet menu consists of vegetables, breads, cereals, fruits, beans, potatoes, seeds and nuts. Olive oil is an essential part of the Mediterranean diet. Monounsaturated oil is present in olive oil, which is a great source of antioxidants and good fat. You can also apply for low fat Mediterranean diet for keeping yourself slim and finer.
  • Atkins diet menus: The best thing about Atkins Diet Menu is that you are allowed to eat meat, vegetables, nuts, fish, eggs, cheese etc, in moderation albeit. This is what makes the low carb diet so popular amongst one and all. It doesn’t allow intake of fruits, potatoes, alcohol, caffeine, rice, pasta etc. Processed and tinned ready to eat foods are also a strict no-no as they may contain hidden sugar which may result in increased intake of carbs, without your being aware of it.
  • Diabetic diet menus: Use chicken, tuna, lean beef, and eggs as your primary diet. Use black beans, lentils, peas, and broccoli as your secondary diet menu. Drink lot amount of water and also juices. With more water you can release out all toxins from body that helps you in having a healthy health.
